about the artist
This artist works with the concept of fragmented- His paintings are messy, chaotic and made up of several layers and sections.
He works with acrylic on canvas, oil pastel,ink,charcoal, digital art mix media. One piece is never just paint, it is made up of many different mediums.
I love his work because it is meaningful and there is so much to look at. His artwork is very colorful and strong with a lot of interesting experimental mark making. I love the unpredictability of this, when he is creating a painting, he wouldn't plan where each stroke would go, it would just fall there and result in a unique piece of art. This kind of metaphor would work wonderfully with my project.
He is an artist and designer and he graduated "Wizo college of design" in Haifa Israel in graphic design, in the years 1988 - 1992.
